vegas getaway

here are some snapshots taken from vegas.
felt a bit too lazy to hotel hop so this trip i spent my time at the bellagio and cosmopolitan.

as soon as i checked in at the bellagio i went to michael mina for a late dinner (lobster pot pie was a-m-a-z-i-n-g). then, walking out of the restaurant led me into the botanical garden which was hard to miss.

bellagio's botanical garden is always known to have an amazing display of flowers. when i went they were exhibiting the chinese new year and since 2012 is the year of the 'dragon' there were lots of dragons and red lanterns (the color red represents joy & luck) all throughout the garden.

then i headed to the chandelier bar @ the cosmopolitan for some drinks (dutch rose was my favorite)if you love anything sparkly i highly recommend the cosmopolitan. there are chandeliers everywhere and everything there is so sparkly and glittery! if you're not into things that sparkle this place is not for you!

the remainder of the trip i gambled and sadly ended up losing money. so, i knew i shouldn't be shopping, but there were too many great stores that i couldn't pass. so i told myself i would just do some eye shopping. although there were some things i wanted i was able to make a mental 'wish list' and walk away. hopefully next time i can be a winner and go shopping with my winnings.

i'll be posting my vegas outfits soon so follow me on bloglovin' or twitter to get the alert!
